- Billing: monthly, quarterly or yearly; yearly = pay 10 months, use 12. Only active apartments are billed; a paused apartment leaves the bill.
- Payment: Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, card, or monthly bank transfer for companies. No contract, cancel any time.

## Features

- Unified calendar: automatic import from Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia (iCal), a channel badge on every booking, manual bookings, double-booking alert.
- Bookings and guests: name, phone, party size, ID photo (stored encrypted, auto-delete option), paid on platform / deposit / balance, guest history, blacklist alert.
- Ready WhatsApp messages for guests: welcome, location, door code, Wi-Fi, checkout reminder, in Arabic and English.
- Cleaning: a task is created automatically at every checkout with the next guest's arrival time; the cleaner gets a WhatsApp link (no app, no account), uploads before/after photos, and the wage is logged as an expense.
- Maintenance: reports with photos from the owner, cleaner or guest; priority, assigned technician, cost logged against the apartment.
- Automation: checkout notifies the cleaner and the laundry; the guest gets the door code two hours before arrival; the technician gets the report with photos and location; you are alerted if someone does not reply within 30 minutes.
- Reminders: electricity and gas bills, internet renewal, periodic AC / water-heater / filter maintenance.
- Expenses and real profit: ready categories, invoice photos, recurring fixed costs, net profit per apartment per month, occupancy, average nightly rate, Excel and PDF export.
- Collections: cash, deposit, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, transfer; who still owes and until when.
- Monthly "Wrapped": a shareable story with the month's net profit, top apartment and guest count.
